WeGoClean is a mobile app that brings Uber-like convenience to the cleaning industry. Users can instantly book trusted, vetted cleaners on demand through a slick, easy-to-use mobile interface—choosing time, location, and type of cleaning with just a few taps. WeGoClean’s mission is to simplify home and office cleaning by making it as seamless and reliable as ordering a ride.

Challenge

WeGoClean faced the challenge common to many marketplace apps: validating demand and user experience for an on-demand cleaning service before a full launch. They needed to:

Implementation process

The development process focused on core Uber-style features such as a search and match algorithm, real-time availability, price transparency, and secure payments. After building these key elements, WeGoClean released the MVP to a select group of users in targeted markets to test demand and the app’s interface on both iOS and Android devices. To capture user experience from booking through job completion, they integrated in-app surveys, interviews, and analytics as part of a continuous feedback loop.
